THE SERVICE CHARTER OF AMOLER AGRITURISMO

Dear Guests,

This page contains the Service Charter of the AmolerAgriturismo in Mirano. This information should allow you to make the best use of the services we can offer you to ensure a pleasant stay with us. We will be available for any problem that may arise during your stay, and for any further information on the farm or tourist information regarding the surroundings and events in neighbouringvillages.

Reception instructions

Guests are invited to communicate their arrival time.

If you are unable to reach us at the communicated time, you can contact us at +39 3513447572 to inform us of the new time or for any request for information.

To access the accommodation you will be provided with a code to enter on the electronic keypad. Alternatively you will have a classic key.

We ask you to communicate your request for an additional bed well in advance, ideally at the time of booking.

Breakfast

“Breakfast is served in the annex or, when possible, outdoors on the patio,

A self-service buffet will be available from 8am to 10am.”

Cleaning schedule of the accommodation

The changing of sheets is planned for once a week, at the same time as the deep clean of the rooms.

The change of bathroom linen is carried outwhen the rooms are cleaned, the frequency of which is agreed with the guests.

Cleaning and linen supplies may be requested with different frequency.

The bathrooms are equipped with complimentary toiletries. A hairdryer is provided upon request.

Television volume

Guests are kindly asked to keep down the volume of the television, etc., respecting the peace of the environment, especially during rest times: from 2.00pm to 4.00pm and from 10.00pm to 9.00am.

Internet

The Wi-Fi is free of charge and does not require a password

Parking

Parking is available under a pergola with photovoltaic panels, and is on the right of the driveway entrance. It is possible to temporarily park at the back of the farmhouse for loading/unloading. Even though there are no particular risks, we advise you to lock your cars.

Four-legged friends

Small pets are welcome in our farmhouse, but it is not permitted that they climb onto sofas and beds. Dogs must be kept on a leash.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building

Separating waste for recycling

The farmhouse practises separated waste collection. You will be provided with all the appropriate information to help you.

Heating and airconditioning

The systems are regulated at a pre-set temperature in compliance with regulations. The temperature can be changed by rotating the thermostat located inside the accommodation, orvia the remote controls for cooling the apartment.

In order to avoid needless consumption and for better functionality, please ensure that doors and windows remain closed while the systems are in operation.

Apartmentkitchen

We ask guests not to leave dishes outside the kitchen and to put them away clean.

Laundry

A washing machine and a dryer are available for guests of the farmhouse.

For the wellbeing of all

We invite you to behave respectfully and show consideration towards other guests, especially during daytime and nighttime rest hours.

The guest is required to respect the spaces, equipment and furnishings found in the farmhouse; for any damage a request for compensation will be assessed.

It is forbidden to introduce non-guests from outside the farmhouse into the rooms or common areas.

We also ask you to be respectful of the environment, animals and to reduce waste to a minimum.

Children on the farm must always be accompanied by a responsible adult; we decline any responsibility for accidents involving children left alone.

Booking and confirmation

Reservations can be made either by telephone or by email, or through affiliated portals.

The booking, if direct, is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit, by bank transfer, equal to 30% of the total amount expected.

Theft and loss

The Amoler farmhouse is not responsible for theft or loss of objects left inside the structure.

Check-IN

From 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm.

Should your arrival be at a different time than indicated at the time of booking, please communicate reasonably in advance.

You must have a valid identification document.

After 24 hours of delay on the scheduled arrival, if no communication is received, the entire reservation will be cancelled.

Check OUT

By 11.00 am on the day of departure.

If you need to stay longer, please request it the day before.

Early departure does not give the right to any refund, unless agreed.

Payment

The balance of the stay will be paid on the day of departure.

The payment methods accepted at our facility are: cash, debit cards and credit cards

Tourist tax

The Municipality of Mirano DOES NOT provide for a tourist tax.

Cancellation method

Cancellation of the reservation must be sent via email.

Cancellation penalties

Canceled reservations will be subject to penalties as follows:

A) up to 20 days before the arrival date, no penalty will be applied and the deposit will be refunded;

B) from 19 days to 10 days before the arrival date, a penalty equal to 50% of the deposit will be charged;

C) from 9 days before the arrival date the entire deposit will be retained.

Processing of Personal Data – Privacy

Pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree 196/03, personal data will be processed solely for the purposes deriving from the contractual relationship (including accounting and administrative ones).
